Stewie is a miniature dachshund with strong opinions about smells, a clear plan for every walk, and a habit of turning ordinary days into small adventures.

Stewie usually has his own plan for a walk, and it involves stopping to investigate every interesting smell. His routines are simple: a morning sniff circuit, a favourite resting spot, and an opinion about every new place we visit.

This journal started as a way to record those small moments and the bigger trips that followed. It is a personal account of what life with a dog looks like on the road, told from our side of the leash.

One creative idea is to knit hand-knit dog sweaters in the future. Nothing is ready yet, and none are part of the current offering.

For now, the plan is simply to learn, test, and see whether the idea becomes something worth sharing with other dog lovers.
